Although 2025 is behind us, it was a milestone year for JBM in several important ways.
We turned 40, honoring four decades of hard work, steady growth and the values that have shaped our business from the beginning.
We launched a new manufacturing training program inside London Correctional Institution, creating a stronger pathway from incarceration to meaningful employment.
We also continued expanding solutions with our new glassine sheets and kitting program, which helps our customers simplify packaging processes, get products to market more quickly and move toward more paper-based options.
In many ways, 2025 reminded us that impact is built over time. It comes from the decisions we make, the partnerships we strengthen, the people we invest in and the problems we help solve every day.
